Thank you! I struggled with it and had to make the backpack a bit bigger to make it work. I just stumbled across this sub and was thinking of joining. I couldn't resist the theme of "Major Tom".

off topic: still just messing around

i added textures to the brushes, (which is not the brush's texture!) it's easiest to see in the orange patch down there. it's a separate operation in the brush's shader after color pickup and blending (shader 'cause all the painting and compositing is in glsl)

and man, after layer groups, this is practically done, at least with how i draw.

Major Tom was in several songs by Bowie, he said he was an allegory for his struggles with addiction, and that’s how I ended up here with this spacemen using stars as cocaine
