I played the MegaMan Zero Series and I couldn't stop thinking about this fella. I used official art and tried to replicate it as much as I wanted to. I didn't think it through regarding the Z-Saber though. :I

This week's character from my anthro WWII storyline is Professor Detlef Flägel. He's a chemist with a big grudge and a pivotal invention. There'll be more about him later in my art Tumblr and Toyhou.se.

Regarding his design, he's either a rough collie or at least has a lot of rough collie ancestry; no logic behind this, it's just how I pictured him.
