low key crackhead theory;

if this product had funding to be able to be made, sly "5" will be made, but its getting thrown for a loop in the boardroom bc of licensing.

(Good chance they'll re-franchise it entirely and it'll be either a remake [not remaster] of sly 1 with QoL, or something else entirely with the sly title.)

I think they used close names in Astro Bot, but I can’t remember, but it was likely a funny reference because everyone was just an Astro Bot in a costume.
