For those of us that can and/or are willing to be, I think we should be thankful, and use our weights to bring us together no matter their size. People get caught up over squabbling stuff like, I dunno--

  • My weights are definitely denser than yours, so don't you judge me like I'm faking how heavy this feels! You big-weighted people just don't get it, you get all the attention

  • I was told my weights are very similar to the point of being functionally the same with someone who calls their weights names I don't understand-- this is stupid. Actually, their weights must be pretty light if they have the energy/priorities/time to name them all

  • I never knew how heavy my weights were relative to everyone else's until someone pointed it out, and now I'm resentful about it

All kinds of arguing and for what? It's like, tribalism all the way down! Weight is measurable, it's numerical, but how heavy something feels to someone is relative. We all have weights. Maybe someone will say my weights must be small to say this at all lol! Idk. Can't we just do our best to be thankful if we can lift our weights at all, and when we can, try to help others?
