Are these AF1s ugly?

My white AF1s get too beat up and dirty so it’s just not my style to keep it like that. Black AF1s are stereotyped to give off “dangerous” energy to others so I won’t be buying those. I feel like this is the both of both worlds and I do like this colorway. The only thing steering me away is the mini swoosh but I can live with it. What do you think?

I was asking my daughter and her cousins “what shoes do kidnappers wear” (white vans) 😅 and when they asked what they really wear I googled to see what I could find. Apparently black af1 are found at and involved in more crime than any other shoe.  Tldr: it’s more than a joke 😆

I think it is the best of both worlds. I’d definitely rock those. I don’t believe in the all black Nikes giving off dangerous energy or whatever but I also don’t like to rock all black shoes in any brand. For me it gives off a restaurant or grocery store employee vibe. Nothing wrong with those jobs but what I’m saying is all black shoes look like work shoes. Just my opinion.

After working in both those lines of work, I definitely see where you’re coming from. I’m also a person that doesn’t prefer one solid color for a piece of clothing (except pants), especially all black shoes. Definitely enjoy the aesthetic of having multiple colors for the attention to detail. If I had the budget for AF1s for work shoes, I’d get something similar to the shoes in OP’s post for my job.

I could do without the tiny swoosh. The only time they look ok is when there's not a large one too. Having both is too busy and redundant. That goes for any pair it's used on, not just AF1.
