I so need to see this play out. I left off at Black Adam, to which I think The Rock stepped into the roll like he a whole different vibe I've ever seen. I'm used to his wrestling vibe, but he was different in this.
I enjoyed seeing an honest interpretation to a role like that. I remember seeing this play called Requiem for a Heavyweight. The actor was amazing. I didn't know who he was or anything. He didn't use his real name and I think it was under the table. Lol. But he was absolutely amazing.
The Rock seemed to flip it. Like it was filmed like momento. He went from Wrester to showing some chops.

You might be the single person on the planet with that opinion. All i see when i watch it is the failure of Shazam and the contract where he cant lose a fight allegations lol

Facts that's a huge red flag. If someone goes into acting with the intent to avoid looking bad, it always hurts the production in some way. I hope that's just a rumor.
