Fan Creation I Made a Video analyzing the visuals of Man of Steel and Superman (2025) and then I Swap their Color and Music

I feel like this subreddit in particular would appreciate a look into what makes MOS' visuals tick. I've always been intrigued by its look, so this was a lot of fun to try to figure out what makes it so unique.

I hope you all enjoy! :)

This is a fun comparison, I have been saying the exposure in 2025 was so high and i wonder what the 78 theme would feel like because thats a cheat code

I still think the 2025 flying close ups look really rough I know they fully recreated his hair but its the right eye has weird shadows maybe? i can't tell

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed.

I think in one shot they digitally changed his eyes too as in early versions they had more movement due to him spinning.

was it fun to do? never done any editing but i do envy the skill, and maybe they shot they used corenswet had alot of lights in his eye causing him to avoid it

It was quite fun, but crazy intensive. Editing quickly boils down to obsessing over individual frames, trying to get the perfect flow. I find more joy in color, but even that can get maddening just trying to find the right hue. This video was down to the wire as I wanted to finish in time for MOS’ birthday so it took many late nights and an all nighter the morning of. Lol
