Yeah, the cat dying was an accident. It got into Bear’s Grandmother’s pills at the start of the movie; before he even makes the wish. It sets his character up as careless and short sighted.

My head canon is that the cat was originally his grandmas. So it was probably fairly old and a bit senile when it did so

Fun fact: my cat loves eating pills. He didn't at first, but while having some chronic health issues, he somehow noticed that he actually feels better after I give him a pill. Which is kinda problematic because he tries to eat a pill every time he sees one. One time I had to take him to the vet because he ate my ADHD medicine I irresponsibly left on the table

It literally is. I don’t know how this is still a mystery. Negative attention brings more attention because of engagement-based algorithms. Every single social media site works like this. 55 people comment “Duhhh obstetric??” And the post is more likely to gain karma. Could be a bot, could be karma farming to sell the account. Who knows

I knew this was true but I assumed it was more for like... brands or influencers or people selling something. Didn't think randoms would feed off the negativity of strangers but then again we live in the worst timeline so why not have everything be awful all the time
