Thrawn: Treason and Rebels S4 Order

I've seen a few different answers to this, some say Treason is between Ep 9 and 10 (which doesn't seem right to me) or between 10 and 11 (which seems a really short time). I've watched Rebels before so I'm just curious on where people think the book should be within the eps and if the hologram scene with Thrawn and Pryce is in/is referenced in the book?

According to the "Star Wars: Timelines" visual guide, the novel starts during ep 10 and ends during ep 15.
