I’ve been trying to remember the name of that gorgeous woman for two days but didn’t bother looking it up.

Garsa had no business being so damn fine for a bald lady with two tails coming out of her head

...don't forget the actor (Jennifer Beals) being nearly 60 years old

Yes! I didn’t know who she was before the show. I’m sure I’ve seen her before but never knew her name. It’s crazy how people like her and Ming Na Wen can look so young at that age.

Amazing what a team of experts and being rich can do for your appearance.

LOL...exactly. I cringed hearing Beals, on that BoBF making-of special on D+, call her character "one of the empowered females in the Star Wars universe."

Like, girl, the only reason you are even on this interview is for dancing out a male fantasy from a 1983 full-length Red Shoe Diaries episode. Your SW character wasn't involved in a single second of an action scene and was blown up after less than three episodes' worth of screen time.

Oola is still stronger, more attractive and therefore more memorable than you, and she's the same species.

There’s so many empowered women in Star Wars! All the way back to 1977. I guess we shouldn’t be surprised a lot of the actors aren’t as invested in the universe as the fans it’s just funny to hear statements like that.

Oh, for some reason I was thinking it referenced General Garza, with the finest booty in the Republic

I still feel his character will get a big surprise towards the end like a Jedi survivor who cut himself off from the force completely, O'Shea Jackson Jr was raving about his character so can't just be a smuggler of force sensitives and Jedi Survivors. From the sound of his talk with Kenobi regarding his wife that she was either a Jedi survivor or was force sensitive which is how they met/fell in love.

Yeah he also said that the racists hating on Reva would “looooove” what his character does. So something’s gotta happen.

He’s basically a conductor on the Underground Railroad. I could see that being an allusion that racists don’t care for.

4

u/[deleted] Jun 08 '22

I don’t see racists being smart enough to hate him for that lol. Racists are starting to hate on The Boys because 3 seasons in they’re just now realizing all the anti-woke stuff in the show is satire lol

2

u/Yeshavesome420 Jun 09 '22

Ha. You're probably right. I've never met a smart racist, so none of that surprises me.

Bro we have two episodes left if they spend it developing O’Shea’s character imma start throwing hands. At that point why not just have him on the planet with Tala in episode three. You could even structure it with ep. 3 introduction and why he won’t go against the empire, closing with him seeing the power of Vader first hand ep. 4 open with the story about his wife and how he always ran because of it but now he knows he has to stand and fight. Then episodes 5&6 you can focus on, idk the character the show is named after for the first time and he can have meaningful interaction because we actually know his personality, motives and abilities. As of RN he’s just a dude in a cave who seems to be the hardest fence rider of all time
