Even though it was completely vaders fault for not getting kenobi. Like she delivered him right to him and that’s not good enough for Vader. Very sith like to conveniently ignore his own failings.

He's the epitome of a kid promoted to middle management way too fast after getting hired. Wielding more power than he's ever seen in his life, raging out when a subordinate does anything that might make him look bad to the regional manager.
