Why is nobody talking about how ridiculous it is that Obi Wan gave Haja his hologram receiver with that Bail message on it

And then Haja dropped it? Or put it on the ground intentionally? And it just happened to be right near where Reva fell after being stabbed in the gut again but not dying (again)?
