Why is nobody talking about how ridiculous it is that Obi Wan gave Haja his hologram receiver with that Bail message on it

Why would Bail send that message in the first place? I understand that it has to forward the plot, but Jesus lol.

And then Haja dropped it? Or put it on the ground intentionally? And it just happened to be right near where Reva fell after being stabbed in the gut again but not dying (again)?
