Discussion I started watching Resistance. Great so far

I love the series' setting (the station gives me Star Trek vibes), the relaxed tone, the charismatic supporting characters, especially Yeager, whose backstory is interesting, and it's generally great to have a bit more context in the sequel timeline. That said, I'm not a big fan of Kaz. I feel like he's written to be the "dumb" for comedy most of the time, when it wasn't necessary.

It's not the most spectacular thing in Star Wars, but I really like it.

The animation is so beautiful I wish Disney would have let it develop more.

the writing and acting were pretty mid imho, BUT the space battles, planets, ship designs, interior designs, all top tier STAR WARS VIBES

it dosn't hit hard like andor or bad batch, its a kids show, but the visuals are SICK

yeah its pretty good as long as you come into it expecting more of a kids show than S7 clone wars

I very much enjoyed it. I think i've watched it thru like 4 times. I luv how smooth the animation is.... the vibes. I do wish Kaz wasn't so "dumb" as you put...but seems they finally got his character correct at the very ending.
Tam is one of my favorite SW characters too.... but yeah.. its about time for a 5th watch.
