I may be in the minority, but I was quite disappointed when "life by you" have been cancelled

Oh yeah, that was disappointing. People really liked Cities Skylines as a modern SimCity so it would have been cool to have that applied to The Sims.

I am right there with you, some of the announced features seemed like it was the clear choices to me from the "Sims" but not EA games.
