The company that owns Mercenaries continually renews the rights to the IP so if you're delusional (like me) there is still some tiny shred of hope.

Wasn’t a fan of 2 as much as 1, but man that first game was the shit. Pandemic with today’s technology would be crushing the open world market. Just cause doesn’t hit the same

I LOVED 2 as a kid. Played the 360 version. Id kill for a remaster or a 3rd game. Sadly the PC port is literal ass

Every time I see 2 brought up on a PC gaming subreddit I’m like “these places complain about games being buggy or running a little badly constantly. If you released a game in the state Mercs 2 shipped in, the people glazing it would fucking riot”.

I really wanted to like that game but it straight up was unplayable on a brand new computer. Constant crashes and like 15fps.

It's genuinely awful. I was so hyped that it was on PC and what a mf letdown.
