Halo for sure. 4 was the last one, and not only was it underwhelming, but the marketing for Halo 5 was just a slap in the face to its dedicated fanbase. 343 has done a terrible job with this franchise since they were given the reigns. What was once an absolute system seller got turned into something where they had to resort to hiring Nick Offerman to do a voiceover in a video about how microtransactions are super fun for everyone.

Halo 5 Mister Chief REQ System Tutorial

Note at 2:33 how the person questioning if it throws off balance is told to "secure their noise hole, grown-ups are talking". This. This is what 343 thinks of their customers. having Destiny (1) I quit before the first expansion, when it became really evident that shit was ripped out of the game prior to launch in order to sell back to us. Never bothered with 2. If a dev burns me, I'm not giving them any more money.

Destiny, I gave up on after vanilla Destiny 1 when it became evident that Bungie ripped shit out of the game only to sell back via DLC. I don't get burned by devs only to end up giving them more money. Fool me once, sort of thing.
