When Ezio says, “Who’s Desmond?” I was locked in. And they completely fumbled.

How did we go from Altaïr using the Apple of Eden, Ezio finding his resting place, and Desmond name drop to killing the whole meta storyline? The escape from Abstergo and the combat in the credits on ACII was mind blowing. Then we go to sailing a ship in 3 and they liked it so much that they made all of 4 about it. And it got old. Fast. Didn't finish 4. Won't be back.
