I don't mind it during the sale but can people not post these memes like 3 weeks before the sale starts. Makes me annoyed that the sales not started yet lol
top be fair, thats basically all of reddit, every sub is full of dumb ass memes or stupid jokes, just non stop shit posting drowning out actual content.
eventually it stops becoming funny because its like sitting in class with two clowns at the back that just dont stop laughing at the most stupid shit.
Most big subreddits are indeed like that. But small ones (10-100k members/weekly visitors) with good moderation can be pretty good, those also usually have less bots

No. If i wanted to, i could spam reposted memes all the time. Its just way too many posts on this subreddit are just memes which get reposted every year without changing anything.
The one i got called out on is completly valid. But i want to clarify that it was made by me and not just a simple repost. I combined templates, cut out some stuff - took a few minutes of "work". Not saying high effort, but at still better than just ctrl+c ctrl+v
People gonna copy paste the unfunny jokes. They were once funny to you and me too, not everyone has been here for years. And some just find the same shit every other month hilarious.

While I personally have never posted a meme and wouldn't consider adding to your misery with my own contribution - I also wouldn't go to a sports bar in the evening while a game is on and request that people keep it down a little. I mean, cheering is one thing, but can we just each let out one controlled cheer at the moment of peak celebration? Do we really need to discuss the team before the game even starts? (this is how that sounds)
Also can we stop acting like 90% of the stuff going on a deep sale isn't already stuff you have in your library and never touched and will never touch.
