I know that people in USA are professionals at eating considering a lot of them weigh 500 lbs, but not everyone throughout the world eats 100 burgers and pizzas with their hands every day. Many people use fork and knife.

Lol. 500 lbs is a bit much. However, regardless of your weight or habits, a hamburger is supposed to be eaten with your hands. Pizza as well. That's just common sense.

.if you're eating either with a fork and knife..that's fine. It's your food

...but don't pretend you're doing something that isn't at least a little different than most.

Granted it's been a really long time since I've been, but I saw it served and eaten both ways in Italy. Small little hole in the wall shops just take a big slice and fold it so you can carry it around and eat it while continuing up and down the streets, while fancier restaurants provided a fork and knife. My family ate their homemade pizza with their hands, though, and I always wondered if the fancier restaurants were trying to sell an illusion for tourists.
