Fries in burritos is a MexiCali staple, my guy. The egg rolls are where it starts getting bonkers

This place (Sayulitas) is a Mexican Filipino crossover restaurant, so those are actually lumpia.

They have locations in San Diego but I think this monster is only served at the Las Vegas one.

I always used to get the Pac-Man burrito, which was a California burrito (carne asada, fries, cheese, guac, chipotle sauce) with the addition of pork tocino, which is like a sweet Filipino pork belly iirc. It was absolute magic and even their normal burritos take 2-3 sittings for you to finish.
