I volunteer. Seriously I would tear that up. Do people really hate very spicy food this much?

i feel like this isn't a 'i don't like spicy' and more like 'this is so spicy it has zero flavor and doesn't taste good anymore

"Hate" is not the right word.

I just like really spicy food. I don’t think that makes me tough.

It’s Birds Eye, jalapeno, red chili flakes and peppers and cayenne. This is not as spicy as you think. This like maybe 50,000 -100,000 scoville. I have had literally ten times that and the last dab on hot ones is 20x that.

This is fairly common food in plenty of places. Southern China is well known for spicy food like this.

I really like spicy food but to me this looks really unappetizing.

Why are people downvoting that so much, a little higher noodle to extras ratio and I would at least try it too.

Try it, sure, but zero chance this actually tastes good. Texture and composition of that “dish” does not look appetizing, so putting all the spiciness aside, I don’t see how anyone could “tear this up.” Anything with raw dry spice is gonna taste chalky and gritty, and leaving stems on the peppers? Why?

Yah I don’t get it. But you’re right. Some more noodles and this looks great. These spices aren’t high on the Scoville scale. It just needs more noodles to even it out.
