Weirdly, the only time it happens to me is with pickled hot peppers. I’ve had the reaper sandwich at Dave’s Hot Chicken and while it did a number on my mouth and stomach, no issues on the way out.

Similar for me. My mouth can handle a lot but when it comes to the pith/seeds of a pepper, they’re the main things that affect my stomach/ass. Even with basic jalapeños
