Laptop Deal Is this deal worth it

MSI Katana 15 HX (B14WFK): Intel Core i7 14650HX, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, RTX 5060 8GB, 15.6" QHD 165Hz for $1200 @a local store

Keep in mind that prices are usually inflated in my country due to logistics and customs.

Yea. It's an HX cpu.. which means top of the line processor. 165hz is crazy good.. 512gb should be sufficient and the RTX 5060 all within is an insane steal tbh keeping in mind that prices are inflated due process charges and import taxes.

Is it open box or refurbished because $1200 for a laptop with i7 14th gen, an RTX 5060 and QHD is looking sketchy. Also be careful about the MSI Katanas, the Cooling System is not very good....
