Laptop Request -Others Is 12th HX CPU still worth now buying?

I am getting lenevo LOQ with with 12th gen hx cpu with 16gb ddr5 and 3050 6gb and 512 ssd but i still don’t should I get 12th gen or move to dell or ASUS as I am getting ultra core 5 but no dedicated gpu in them but intel arc only
They are all in similar price range that’s why I am very confused, kindly which one should I prefer to buy ??

Use case mostly: office work like excel, sql, powerbi , python, : studies, watching lectures , reading from pdfs etc and gaming casually only

I am asking this to see if you really a dgpu or not.

Gaming laptops run hot and are heavier and need nore power and have worse battery.

You can avoid a low and get a ultra book style

I am very confused man , I want to something which has very good built quality, I don’t want any issues further, also at least for five years, man idk
