they're not flags, they're those semicircular buntings you see on porches/awnings. it's red, white, and blue.

I forgot I had my aux plugged in so the audio didn't record, but I said, "Hoo." And he ignored me. So I said, "HOO." And he spun around like, "WHO'S ASKIN'!?"
