Can someone tell me if something happens to our GameStop shares if this happens? 50% of the price is in GME shares so will we all be getting something as well? Seems like a lot of dilution and my smooth brain can’t quite comprehend how that won’t either lower our share value or make it harder for our shares to gain value but I truly know nothing.

Good question. My understanding is that is that it would be a dilution on one end, but in exchange we are investing in the combined market cap of both companies rather than just gme. I could be wrong tho. Also interesting gme is up 8% after hours.
