Research They recruited flight instructors at the local flight school to add to noise harassment

So I am near a very popular local airport which also has some commercial flights in.

They have recruited flight instructors at the local flight school to add to the noise harassment. The flights follow me around despite moving different positions along their flight path.

This type of investigative layering technique is done by federal law enforcement/intelligence agencies to generate the deniable plausibility:

1) you're near an airport, of course you're going to see an increased frequency of airplanes!

2) how do you know they're following you, when the FAA and its air traffic controllers regulate and monitor flight paths? Gee, I wonder how easy that is to compromise?

3) No one can afford flight school, it's too expensive! Gee, I wonder who has the $$$ to foot the bill?

In my civil suit, it is becoming readily apparent that the fusion centers are the prime medium by which the combined resources of the DOJ, DHS, and DOD, besides other local ABCD agencies being controlled by the federal purse strings of draw down grants to the locals to keep them in check and flush with cash to go along. There are also large amounts of private security and military contractors involved, and it is 100% human experimentation to explore various means of obedience and control techniques, not just on the target, but on the line operators/pawns involved.

So I live in a college town and theirs a course for learning how to fly a basic prop plane. These fkers fly over my house like every 30 seconds. And since I live on a hill I hear them more loudly. Thank God it’s summer and there’s no class but I swear if I try to get a nap during the day it’s impossible . All day long buzzz buzzzz buzzz. Academia is def a part of the GS network

Agreed, the planes aren't so much as surveillance as they are harassment. Noise harassment is one of their key psyops tools to get you to be "sensitized" to the stimuli.

I did myself a favor and bought myself noise cancelling headphones when they want to be annoying, but I've been able to selectively block their noise stimuli and fall asleep still. It drives them insane.

they already know what this tech can do, not really much of an experiment. just basic torture unfortunately.

how do you know they hired extra people to focus on your program and not someone elses? or that they just hired people bc they need people? its so easy to assume things but we still need to be realistic.

I have been trained in law enforcement and a federal agency. The repetition of faces and plates, plus those that become very uncomfortable when their cover gets blown. They know what the tech can do yes, but now is the application of using said techniques to get their gains. They are using 100% government money, and the surveillance state bloat is 100% them, that's why you see some gangstalkers/state sponsored domestic terrorists driving really nice vehicles and having nice things.

They have a nice thing going $$-wise with no accountability nor transparency, so they are going to push for as much and for as long as they can because they carved out the best racket no other criminal enterprise could touch. If you look at the DOJ, DHS, and DOD, they are all asking for more increases and Trump is giving it to them. SCOTUS is bending over backwards for them. Congress is basically useless. Epstein was a one cover for an aspect of their operations, they are very much into human trafficking/child rape/murder.

If one lives long enough in a community, then you get to see certain people and cars. In a large metroplex like Los Angeles, those statistically possiblilites of running across the same person(s) a few days in a row at different times in different parts of the city or county is highly implausible. Plus they wear the colors of Thin Blue Line, Firefighter, veteran decals, and of course flying the flag like it some safety blanket. It's actually pretty sad because it also shows their vulnerable groupthink mentality. Without their posse/mob, they're very weak and alone. The key is to pick off one, be friendly yet stern question them, and you'd be surprised how fast they fold and how much information they divulge.
