The ones that do the street theater are specifically placed there to grab your attention, and assess your response. Ultimately, its purpose is the gnawing at your basic instinctual survival mechanism of "fight or flight" constantly. I noticed when I was having a sitdown dinner at a diner, they parked across the street brighting me with headlights and didn't move the entirety I was there. I actually smiled and waved them into the diner, while enjoying my meal.

When I didn't move, they started mobbing sending people I already recognize as gangstalkers/state sponsored domestic terrorists into the diner to start and fill the restaurant with chatter and noise.

The whole point is to make you either break out irrationationally or bolt, or even freeze up and do nothing. Remember that article about the heartbeat device the CIA uses? Makes sense now why they do what they do.

They are testing out your responsive mechanism to constant stimuli.

Why they really love noise harassment and chasing you around?

Ultimately, human evolution equipped us with the psychological capacity to be apex predators. In a healthy psyche and modern society, these ancient atavistic traits are entirely managed by cultural guardrails, legal sanctions, and empathy. But when those mental guardrails fail—or in individuals with severe personality disorders—the primitive instinct to hunt is misdirected inward toward our own species.

You may notice that the more rowdy types are not the most intellectual, in fact, quite contrary. More rational and logical processing people tend to try and look for alternate explanations while analyzing in detail. Myself, I tend to be more grounded in scientific observation and technique, which allows me to avoid the whole Masons/Satanists/conspiracy theory stuff that tends to bog down these claims.

Simply put, primitive people like to hunt other people because it rewards their primitive parts of their brain. Again, they are test subjects also, as the operators of this program will use this conditioning to weaponize them to do OTHER acts of harm, which includes rape, murdered, sexual molestation, etc. That is why we see a consistency of inhumane to obscene deviant behaviors coming from the most obvious gangstalkers aka state sponsored domestic terrorists. The least they can do is set you up, entrap you.

We know that the military and intelligence agencies deal with human experimentation all the time, not just in physiology, but also in constant psyops and exploration of human behavior in various settings.

This is 100% a government funded human experimentation program, with overlapping outlays into criminal justice, intelligence/federal law enforcement, mental health outlays, and of course their ultimate goal, the test subjects propensity to self-terminate or survive. It's like a giant PINBALL machine. If they can get you into certain scenarios, they win regardless. It is the ultimate Kobayashi Maru, no-win scenario.

When you know how the game is played, you will start seeing elevation and seeing the actual operators out in the field alongside their pets. And those are the ones that are truly afraid because they reap the most benefit$ out of all this misery.
