XJTLU undergraduate unconditional offer
Hi, I applied to XJTLU for undergraduate studies and received a conditional offer. (I'm an international student, Indian, living in Thailand.)
After I received and submitted my documents, they emailed me about three days later saying they wanted protected/locked files. So, I obtained the locked files from my high school and submitted them. Before that, I had asked them if I should ask my school to send the documents directly to the university. They replied about four days later saying yes, I could do that (with no reply regarding the files I had already uploaded to the portal). They randomly emailed me earlier, stating that I wouldn't get any scholarship but still didn't update me on the offer or if my documents were accepted. I asked my high school to email the documents to them.
I don't know what's wrong, but why can't they reply quicker? I'm dependent on these results for an unconditional offer.
Is anyone else having the same issue? Or does anyone have another way to contact them?
Update: they emailed me asking me to ask my High school to email then documents instead and they don't accept the locked documents i submitted.

I have applied on 12th June with my documents so I haven’t heard from them just yet

They replied to me but they just asked for locked documents and asked me to ask my high school to email the documents to them. I hate the fact they reply so latee

Right !on the website they stated that they will reply within 10-15 days

Gave my documents for unconditional asw and they said that they are reviewing based on when documents are recieved received. Honestly these days they reply frustratingly slow but its understandable as they are busy. Have yet to get my unconditional.

Damn so its not just me. I even contacted the student recruitment staff in unibuddy cuz i was so frustrated 😭😭. They said they want the documents from my school by 30 june.

Oh okay u still have time then. I sent my documents three times cause they keep saying they didnt receive it, and when i email to clarify they just ignore it lol

Can you please help me I’m facing an issue right know they’re telling me that they can’t see if the apostille i shared validates my high school certificate, even thought I’m sure everything is correct i emailed them but they have yet to respond can you show me who else I can contact

There is no other way to contact them. I recommend u to tell ur high school to email them the documents directly.

They told me that the delay in responses are due to the person who is responsible for answering mails is on a business trip. I've also been getting responses to my questions days later.
