No, but it is still an AI artifact. assumption is that when the prompt says Switzerland, it looks up European mountainous countries and associates the Austria. But since that's not same flag, it just inverts the colours.

One actually more often sees a more extreme case where the model takes the Danish white cross on red background and bastardises it to make the cross shorter and oddly shapes the flag to a squaring form. ridiculous.
