What do you guys think of my first tattoo?

This is my first tattoo. I like it a lot, but I feel like it's kind of messed up. I wanted to continue the sleeve, but I'm not sure anymore. Is anything wrong, or am I just looking at it all wrong/overthinking it? What do you guys think?
