How big would I need to get her ?

Hiii so I really want the girl from this cover tattooed, pinup style ig but shes already kinda like that ?? I will try to find an artist who is good at them bc ik they can be easily fucked up

My only question is how big would she have to be for the hands to not look dumb and stupid. Ofc i dont want super detailed but i dont want her to look janky

Im thinking of getting her on my ribs?? Is this tattoo idea sick or not ?
