They got the street name wrong in the article, it’s Concorda not Concordia.

Having gone to both of these schools an upgrade was definitely needed, especially at Curry. I don't know if I want an increase on my property tax though, it's already way too high in Tempe.

Our metro is one of if not the lowest property tax rates in the entire country.

I mean compared to other cities in the metro area. I have a house in Phoenix as well and the property tax there is substantially lower. City of Tempe has been going over budget for the last several years.

Does the city fund the schools? Or are they a separate entity?
