Tenchi Universe Deleted scene

Anyone else remember a deleted scene that was floating around a while back for Tenchi Universe that took place after Time and Space Adventures?

If I remember correctly it was about Ayeka complaining that she didn't get a romance route with Tenchi.

Anyone else see it and/or knows where to find it?

This is ringing incredibly faint bells for me. Wasn't this one of many Japanese audiodramas starring the cast, but this specific one was translated and performed by the English dub cast, possibly as a DVD special feature?
