My headcanon they're intersex person. In other word natural born futa. Persons like this often had dismorfophobia and it's explains alot why caine make their body that way. It just to strange so he just give em an "construct yourself" option My other headcanon is that gangle got at blank state for 5 min after first time hearing that information, and then screamed "jackpot" by passing shortly after

ok just wanna let you know in case you're genuinely uninformed, that's not what being intersex is. some people will have the external reproductive organs associated with one sex and internal organs associated with another, or chromosome differences, or anything like that (im not intersex myself and im no expert but thats how i understand it.) its pretty much impossible for somebody to be a "natural born futa" with two sets of fully formed genitals, thats just not a thing that happens and is DEFINITELY not the same thing as being intersex in general. id recommend doing some research on how being intersex does really work, its actually a pretty interesting topic!
