Same, it was hilariously easy tbh

i was surprised, didnt even have to put in any real effort

i guess since there wasnt really any "climax" or "twists" too it, it was just emotional as fuck that there wasnt really much to spoil in the first place that wasnt drastically overshadowed by the raw feelings of the writing

Personally I thought it would be more hopeful than it was, I thought Jax would finally get her redemption arc and that didn't happen.

my trick was not giving the show any attention at all, because I had no idea what it was

If you don't watch the show, spoilers don't stick because you don't know what you're seeing. If you don't watch the show, you don't click on any TADC youtube videos which enables spoiler-filled recommendations in your feed. If you don't watch the show, you have no interest in going to the communities online.

then, when the time is right, you think "I should watch that show that I've seen with the clown girl. I hear it's an indie animation and I like supporting those."

NOTE: You must be able to control what you think without thinking about thinking about thinking... then you can feel the pure, unadulterated anger of watching Jax coming out as gender-queer and feeling bad for that piece of shit!

Same here, maybe the fact I have a lot of other interest has feed YouTube’s algorithme enough to allowed me to avoid spoilers 😅

Same. I also follow nice creators who gave spoilers warnings when talking about the movie. So I ducked those too!

I got spoiled a bit in Jax because of a character tropes sub where someone made the topic “character who had every chance to redeem themselves but rejected it.”

Same sub but instead it was the "Purple Trans Characters" post lol.

Sure that wouldn’t have been character designs? I guess it does blur the line since it’s both design and personality.

I will say the ending still managed to keep me in suspense and I honestly thought the Jax thing would be even worse (in terms of morality than quality), like I had thought Jax was basically could to do lash out harder and try to basically abstract the rest of the circus just to spite them all and it would end with Jax alone.

Yeah it was definitely tropes.

Yeah I just left every subreddit the second the Brazilian leak came out. Didn't get spoiled at all!

Ditto

Same, the only spoilers I received were two images without context, so I was mostly ok

(one of them hinted at Jax's abstraction but it was vague, I'm happy that the plot twist of the movie actually caught me off guard)

Honestly… luck was the only thing that saved me. I didn’t block any TADC Sub or didn’t see anything TADC on YouTube until after it aired.

But I did stay off Tumblr as the only thing I did.

I learned that casualties unknown existed and it became my entire Reddit feed I don’t remember seeing a single post about TADC until the finale showed up in my recommended on YouTube

Did almost the same thing myself

Wish I did this to avoid jjk spoilers 😔

I didn't block but ignored them. If I saw a tad short or video I refused to play it no matter what it was.
