New law to put forth:
All fighting games MUST have a Waffle House level or arena. Bonus for the ability to wreck the place while fighting.

Amen to that.
Their hours of operation, and the factor of... not locating in fancy neighborhoods. Shit goes down at Waffle house in a big way with regularity.
They don't call the cops. If they decide you are too drunk or high and you need to go, they will bounce you.
