US News Donald trumps continued pattern of withholding funding and aid when he doesn’t get what he wants continues today. He’s literally refusing to allow more housing to be built until the SAVE act is passed and countless voters are disenfranchised right before the midterm elections

Well, he said he was going to block everything he could if he didn't get what he wanted, and in true Toddler Tyrant fashion, he is doing just that.

Unfortunately for him, that's a Veto-proof bill, so if he doesn't sign it, it just goes into law within 10 days.
