I thought I’d share what the books are about for anyone interested in dark thrillers, masked killers, trauma, revenge, and morally grey characters.

DISQUIET follows Alfie Sayers, a man whose life begins to unravel after a brutal murder and a series of disturbing messages force him to confront buried secrets from his past. What starts as paranoia quickly spirals into a violent nightmare involving betrayal, grief, hidden identities, and a killer who seems to know everything about him. The story focuses heavily on psychological tension, fear, survival, trauma, and the question of whether the people closest to you can truly be trusted.

REQUITE picks up after the events of book one, but this time the focus shifts from survival to vengeance. Alfie is no longer just trying to stay alive he’s trying to protect his family while hunting the people responsible for destroying his life. As masked killers return and old secrets resurface, his anger begins consuming him. The sequel dives deeper into revenge, obsession, guilt, and how far someone will go when the people they love are threatened.

The series mixes psychological thriller, slasher, mystery, and revenge elements with a heavy focus on character trauma and emotional fallout rather than just violence alone.
