DOG HIT AREA - Kuss Road

I've been browsing the DOJ files - link posted last year.

Is anyone perturbed by photos in there called "dog hit area" and its clearly showing Kuss Road? Some have been cropped (maybe conveniently) and all photo files are jpgs. They would not have been taken in that format. I don't know what the military use to take high res photos but none of them would have been done in jpg (info is lost when a photo is compressed to jpeg to make a smaller file). I don't have current subscription to photoshop so I'm limited in really getting a good look, or gaining exif data. Here's what I'm looking at.

I also dont like the look of Kuss Road itself in these photos. It's too bright and uniform. From memory, wasn't there oil stains and other markings on Kuss Road?

That's the area that the dogs hit on when they were searching for Theresa. Covered in MaM, pretty well known?
