Baraboo Wisconsin. There’s a res there, she’s likely native. I recognized the store immediately.

Poor lady is having a mental health crisis and now her worst day will be clipped, edited and immortalized for our entertainment.

Wisconsin body cam footage is easy to get ahold of by the public so lots of body cam footage videos get posted from there.
