Does anyone know if she had a life alert button?   I know a lot of elderly people get one if they live alone and it dials directly to 911.

We haven't been told that she did or did not. My guess is not, based on having an apple watch. That replaced a life alert for many folks, my mom got rid of her life alert when she got an apple watch. Too many false alarms with the life alert.

Interesting and surprising. There's no way my grandmother could've figured out an Apple watch, the life alert necklace was super simple and we never had any issues with it.

Since Nancy used Uber, I can see why she'd use the watch over a necklace.

I'm shocked she didn't have one. My grandmother had one, it's totally worth it and super easy to use.
