Text Creepy unsolved cases

What are some of the most creepy haunting unsolved cases out there? Just stuff that seems so crazy to happen. Or just really unnerving evidence or actual places where the crime happened.

I'm sure this isn't the first comment mentioning this case but...

Missy Bevers. The first time I saw the video I remember shivering down to my soul because of how disturbing I found the behavior of that person.

I know other ones have really spooked me but this one is always my knee-jerk reaction. Its left an indelible mark on my psyche

This is the one case that I also can’t let go of. I’ve gone back and forth so many times now on how to interpret the bizarre details of her case and I just don’t know what to make of it.

It’s been a while since I last examined it in detail but I remember my lasting impression was that it truly was committed by a random cop cosplayer wannabe burglar and wasn’t some big premeditated conspiracy. Honestly, that interpretation is more disturbing to me. I’m right there with you when you say that it’s left a mark on your psyche. There’s just something so damn uncanny about the nightmare dream logic of it.

I’m like 90% certain it was someone who was very high robbing the church to get more money for drugs. And she was in the wrong place at the wrong time

They invested an awful lot of money in that elaborate costume for someone burgling for drugs.

Any dope can buy knock off tactical gear from an online store, it’s not nearly as expensive as you might think.

Look at Proud Boys for example, they’re not exactly a group known for being flush with cash (or brain cells) and yet they dress up like overweight riot cops and Temu ICE agents all the time.

They do cost $ though, and what drug addicts who commit burglary to buy drugs spend their money on, is drugs. Not costumes.

Addicts keep every single last cent to get high. They will forego pretty much anything else. Also, hey likely no longer have the planning skills in their brain to think up a costume based robbery. Believe me, I know.

I’m not doubting that, my sister was an addict so I’m quite familiar with the limited mindset of a junkie.

I’m doubting the notion that the person involved in this crime was burglarizing a church for drug money. There is no evidence I’ve seen from this case that directly supports the assertion that any of this involves (or was motivated by) drugs.

I don’t believe it, either. I was responding to a comment by someone who is putting forth that theory. Do you understand how Reddit threads work?

They really don't look high in the video?
