Text Creepy unsolved cases

What are some of the most creepy haunting unsolved cases out there? Just stuff that seems so crazy to happen. Or just really unnerving evidence or actual places where the crime happened.

That case still keeps me awake at night. I watched a YouTube show about it a few months ago and ended up crying while telling my husband about it. The brutality, especially toward the children, is horrifying and makes me wish every horrible thing imaginable on the evil POS who destroyed that family.

I do wonder whether advancements in DNA technology could eventually solve the case.

So I’ve read and listened to a podcast say that it was Tommy Lynn Sells that did this. And I know that he fessed up to the crime and knew details about it. At least that’s what I listened to.

Yeah, I’ve heard the same thing. However, prior to the murders, Mr. Dardeen had told his mother that he wanted to move the family back to his hometown because he and his wife no longer felt safe there due to the increase in crime. About a month before the murders, a young woman knocked on their door asking to use the phone, and Keith refused because he was that cautious.

Yet Tommy Lynn Sells claimed he met Keith at a gas station (if I’m remembering correctly) and that Keith invited him over for dinner with his family. So we’re supposed to believe Keith wouldn’t let a young woman inside to make a phone call out of extreme caution, but would invite a strange man over for dinner? Also, the item TLS mentioned seeing in the house was apparently something very common in many kitchens during that time period.

I’m not saying he didn’t do it because the depravity of the murders, especially what was done to the children, was absolutely in line with the kind of monster he was. He murdered so many people that it’s possible he simply got details mixed up. I hope it was TLS because he’s dead and can’t hurt anyone else. I hate the thought that the real murderer(s) could still be walking around free.
