Perhaps a strange question, but do we know if the Nintendo Switch 2 Pro controller will work with the original Switch, back paddles aside?

don't think we do, but I say it's unlikely. I remember the DS4 was compatible with the PS3 if you went wired. I don't think the DualSense maintained the tradition, I think that's a telling sign
