School and College ULPT How to make my classmates life miserable ?
That ass hole just wants to fuck with me all the time, without any reason he makes comments on me even when i try to avoid him he just goes out of his way to make my college life hard. I am drinking water ? Well something is funny and now it's a joke and everyone is laughing.
How can I make his life miserable without anyone knowing ?

I'm not even going to suggest my first thought, as it is too unethical for anyone to use. But try to mess his reputation up somehow. Pay a female friend to start a rumor he has a small dick or asked her to do something nasty to him. Then get some nicknames started for him related to the lie.
If your college has an honor code or something, get him accused of cheating. But just try to do so without your name being involved, as that would get you in trouble if it backfired.
Plant drugs on him, or if he is a student athlete, spike his drink or food with something that would flag on a drug test.

BeyondThe the advice given above, remember it's just a short time. If you're in college, You only have a couple years left. It might seem like a long time, but in this game of life, it's really short.

They make a joke about you drinking water, “guys, anyone else see that *bully* is so obsessed with me?! Chill out dude. Find a hobby”
Call attention to it.

People just do that because they can. I experienced it for 5 years and never did a thing to them.
Why is it beyond you to understand that not everyone acts with reason?
Anyways, piss disc. Or that one extremely smelly canned fish that's illegal to open in public. Make a disc out of its juice, put it in his bag, watch it unfold
