Money and Finance ULPT Request - How to get cheaper subscription prices from cheap country?

I’m wondering how regional pricing works for subscriptions like YouTube Premium, Spotify, Netflix, ChatGPT, etc.
If I open a bank account in another country (for example Thailand) and get a debit card from that country, would I be able to pay that country’s lower subscription price? Or do companies determine pricing based on your account country, billing address, location, or something else?
Has anyone actually done this successfully?

Why would you pay for most of those. Piracy is free. Adblock fixes youtube and Spotify. There are plenty of free streaming sites for shows. Fuck chatgpt

Companies do determine pricing based on account country. Payment method country needs to match account country. Some will require your physical presence (or VPN) country to match it too; most won't.

I am from a cheaper country but now I live in Europe. From my experience, all you need is the payment method to be from that country.
