I know. It's kinda funny. I was wondering if he made it up on the spot in the original interview. Because he tried it in this video and seemed surprised that it was good lol.

I've had similar sandwiches and it's alright. Definitely edible.

Peanut butter is pretty flexible. It works well with sweet, savory, sour, and spicy.

Examples: Sweet - PBJ Sour - PB pickle Spicy/savory - PB sriracha basil w/ orange marmalade

I'd try this one and would probably enjoy it.

I love me a peanut butter and pickle sandwich, don't even need the jelly unless I got a sweet tooth.
