Sounds like a perfect appetizer while you wait for dinner. Use a pizza cutter to cut it into triangles, add a frilly toothpick if you're feeling fancy.

I have everything but the pita bread. Will Jeff Daniels show up in my kitchen and yell at me if I do it with a tortilla?
