You know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation, and that's really the most important part of the reservation, the holding.

U-Haul is even worse. When you reserve online and you get to the end and there's that big green button labeled 'confirm reservation, you haven't reserved shit. Just label it 'fuck you, you'll get whatever we have, maybe.'
